Operations Manager/Commercial Lines
Haley joined Cardinal Insurance in 2019 after relocating to Manhattan, Kansas from her hometown in Oklahoma. She brings with her more than a decade of insurance experience. Currently, she serves as the 2025 Chair of the Kansas Association of Insurance Agents Young Agents committee and is a member of Manhattan Young Professionals. With an Associates in General Insurance designation and a BS in Accounting, she adds versatility to the agency. Outside the insurance realm, Haley finds joy in reading, exploring new places, golfing, and spending time outdoors with her husband.
